Hi Lonnie, Is your purpose to reduce more power consumption in active standby mode (use RCU to standby SWAN)? If yes, do you already consult Wellang how to do it for AMP IC? I see a ppt file in mantis 1250 to control SHDN and PWM. Does this recommend from Wellang? Please let me know then I can know how to ask question to Wellang. |

Hi Loonie, Thanks for your reply. Since you already consulted Wellang, do you get any Wellang reply about which registers should be changed to do the SHDN/PWM on and off? If yes, please share to us. |

Hi Loonie, I got the reply from Wellang. But it takes time to integrate the code to image. If you want to measure it, you can use the following commands on VS-550 console to control 4 AMP ICs: 1.Standby Mode On(power stage of AMP IC has a current of 0mA): i2cset -f -y 0 0x2a 0x5d 0x0 b i2cset -f -y 0 0x2b 0x5d 0x0 b i2cset -f -y 0 0x2c 0x5d 0x0 b i2cset -f -y 0 0x2d 0x5d 0x0 b 2.Standby Mode Off: su i2cset -f -y 0 0x2a 0x5d 0x1 b i2cset -f -y 0 0x2b 0x5d 0x1 b i2cset -f -y 0 0x2c 0x5d 0x1 b i2cset -f -y 0 0x2d 0x5d 0x1 b |

Hi Loonie, The AMP IC active standby integration was done and commited to code server on 5/28. So you can get daily build image to test it (by press RCU STB standby key).
